  • No Model Training on Project Data: Customer defect records and photographs are processed solely for the user's immediate session and are never used to train public foundation models.
  • Ephemeral Processing: AI analysis requests are stateless API calls. Once the structured defect draft is returned, the transient inference payload is discarded.
  • Architectural Oversight: No snag is ever dispatched or closed without deliberate human action by an authorized project member.
  • Enterprise Controls: Organizations can disable AI assistive features across their tenant if their project contracts or security policies require strictly manual entry.
