Common Questions

Can contractors access SnagSwift without creating paid accounts?

Yes. We do not charge per contractor. When an inspector or main contractor assigns a defect, the trade receives an authenticated direct link to access the snag, view the photo/location, and submit photographic rectification proof for free.

What happens if internet connectivity drops on site?

SnagSwift is architected offline-first. You can continue inspecting, taking photos, dropping pins, and drafting descriptions. As soon as your device regains Wi-Fi or cellular signal, records sync safely in the background.

What drawing formats are supported?

Standard vector and raster architectural PDFs are supported up to large format A0/Arch E sizes. Crisp vector zooming ensures door numbers, room labels, and junction details remain legible.
